Andie is devastated by an accidental death of a patient, but as she and the grieving mother overcome their sorrow through forgiveness, they learn that acceptance leads to hope.
An accomplished young cardiologist is building a life with her boyfriend, a commercial pilot and his 7 year old son. She believes that her purpose as a doctor is to go above and beyond the standards of modern medicine, often becoming an important facet in her patients’ lives. But this dedication and care is brought into question when one of her young patients with an intellectual disability, meets an untimely accidental death.
